Barry FreemanBarry's career spans 25 years in the manufacturing, chemical, distribution and information technology industries worldwide. From chemical engineer to systems engineer to salesman, marketing director to sales director to CEO, Barry has worked for the giants: BHP, IBM, Sperry, Unisys & Apple.
He is now a professional speaker, trainer and facilitator, best known for his work in the area of Sales Pipeline.
With a focus on management, marketing and sales, his programs are renowned for a 'down to earth' style and - more importantly - their ability to deliver outstanding results back in the real world.
Barry believes that the place where most organisations fail is in not tightly managing the 'front end' of the business: It is critical to ensure that there is enough business being worked on to guarantee that the business objectives are achieved.
The work he does in the facilitation of Strategic Planning sessions has a 'hands on' approach, looking for real world solutions now and for longer range issues and direction.
He is a specialist at making sure that there is enough business in the sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of the salesperson's objectives.
